New Feedback Tool: How YOU can improve WeSendit

With our MVP finally out there, we would like to introduce a great feature that will help create the best WeSendit ever. Our goal is to build a solution that fits your needs. To achieve this, we need your help — as a part of the team! Your contributions will help us improve our solution based on the wishes of our community.

For this reason, we have integrated a powerful feedback tool into our MVP. The feedback tool allows you to improve WeSendit with your ideas, track our roadmap, and report bugs — enabling you to contribute directly to WeSendit's development.

How to Use the Feedback Tool

Step 1

Go to mvp.wesendit.com and click on the red "Feedback" icon. The icon is displayed on every page of the WeSendit MVP, located on the right side of the screen.

Step 2

A window will pop up, offering you four different options: report a bug, request a feature, send our team a message, or learn more about the MVP.

Step 3

Click and drag on the area of the screen that you want to mark. This creates a snapshot that will help us fix the issue. Once you've marked the area, click "Next", enter your email address and a short description of the bug, then click "Submit".

Beyond bug reporting, you can submit improvement ideas, comment on features, view the roadmap, request features for WeSendit 3.0, and vote for the features you'd like to be developed next.
