Pathways to Progress, Insights into the Next Steps: Our Q1 Roadmap Overview

Following the overwhelmingly positive response from our first WeSendit Community Live Event in November 2023, we have outlined two major priorities for Q1 2024: marketing initiatives and development work, with additional announcements anticipated across other areas.

PR Campaign Through Newskontor

We are initiating a targeted campaign with PR partner agencies to highlight WeSendit 3.0 success stories and strengthen brand presence. Additional PR initiatives on crypto platforms are scheduled for the quarter's end, coinciding with the launch of our new Referral Program.

Development of the Referral Reward Program

We are finalizing our Referral Reward Program targeting Web3 users, designed to stimulate community growth through active participation from existing members.

Team Expansion

February will bring strategic team additions, particularly within Marketing and Operations departments. This expansion addresses growing service demand and optimizes internal process efficiency.

International Influencer Campaign

A global influencer campaign will increase WeSendit visibility and target potential new users in international markets, enhancing brand awareness across various demographic segments.

Optimization of the Help Center

We are developing additional posts and articles providing users with more comprehensive descriptions and step-by-step instructions for all major platform features.

Node Concept

By March's conclusion, we plan to deploy initial resources within Huawei Cloud to advance our Node concept development — an important milestone on the path to our decentralized storage network.
